  1. Hi

I am a BDD suffer of 13 years, fist diagnosed at school my BDD developed as a result of bullying.

I have tried counciling, hypnotherapy, CBT and perscription meds, some have worked some haven't but the most theraputic treamtent is talking, talking to likeminded people.

By getting together we can share our experiences, learn to trust, and tal to those who understand us better then people who have never had to deal with BDD.

BDD makes it very difficult to leave the house, to meet new people face to face, so i have set up on Twitter.

I will run my blog, add my thoughts and real time experiences, add interesting articles and anything else that may help.

Please join, post your comments and together we can share our thoughts without judgement & help each other and beat BDD.
