  1. I found an intriguing article in the Guardian's Sunday magazine:
    http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2011/nov/11/oliver-burkeman-just-world-bias
    It suggests that there's a tendency to think people get what they deserve. That way, you don't have to worry about it happening to you... I wonder if that's partly what inspires the strange angry people you come across, especially on the Internet, who want to take people to task for being mentally ill?
