  1. right ok new bad thought this morning, im in an embrace with my boyfriend and other people keep coming into my head :'( io don't know what to do im feeling guilty i don't want to feel guilty when i go out with him later what am i supposed to do? im trying to think the thought were its him and me but its hard :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

    I'm sorry you're having these distressing thoughts. Please don't feel guilty because you have nothing to feel guilty about. This is just the ocd playing with your thoughts and feelings. It's obvious you love and care for your boyfriend or these thoughts would not bother you at all. I don't really know what to say other than what I have but I hope these thoughts and feelings go away and you can enjoy being with your partner. I'm sure other people on here might have some more helpful advice. Take care

  3. thanks for the reply, its just so hard as i have to keep thinking off the thought until its clear its me and my boyfriend and its hard :'(

  6. Yes it can be. Ocd effects everyone differently but a lot of the symptoms and compulsions e.t.c are very similar. You will certainly not be the only person to have felt like this before. Wish I could be of more help. Take care
