Well I had my final appointment today and I'm on the waiting list now.
I'm still not sure if it's the right thing to do, but I'm going to try anyway.

Sorry I should have said, its the waiting list for CBT, it was the last appointment for my assessment
I really don't like going there - but it's ages away

I didn't have to wear any gloves, my jacket needed washed so I just used my sleeve, and all the other doors I get opened for me

Yeah he didn't think I was going to come back, but I did and he gave me some sheets, anyway this is going to be my 3rd time and Brennie it will be about a year, but he said it could be earlier than that, like the end of this year.

Dear Nicola, I would certainly stay on the waiting list and give the CBT a try. Would he be your therapist? Also, can you be seeing Doug while you wait?

I don't know if I'd get to see him or someone else, it just depends
I don't think I can see Doug though, it's 1 or the other
