I was browsing the web looking for different OCD treatments and ran across this one. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this.

TMS (a.k.a. rTMS, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation) is a technique in which a magnetic field is applied to the brain, at set strength. It is being tested primarily to treat major depression, and results so far are encouraging. Advantage: it is non-invasive (no brain surgery at all is required).
I am not quite sure in how far reliable results have been achieved in OCD. I will look up the matter today and post what I can find in the scientific literature. It would be great if we patients could have a form of therapy that is non-biochemical, neither invasive, and highly reproducible; these conditions are not fulfilled by any current treatment that I know of.
