Does anybody who has intrusive thoughts and often the same one, stop the intrusive thought before you have even had a chance to really think it through? I am finding myself doing this.Especially at work where I need to be creative and on the ball.Like block it straight away and tell self no not going down there. I am pretty sure it's an ocd thought coming on but then I sometimes question whether it could be another thought I'm stopping.Pretty sure not though and thats just ocd again.aaaaaaaaaaaaa it's horrible! Hope this isn't too confusing for ppl to understand!
