  1. The most annoying thing about OCD is the ridiculous thoughts that come into your head that you can't shake.

For the last few months I have started to observe shadows of items, people, etc which are being cast on objects. I now can't stop checking for shadows and thinking about them, how they are formed. It has gotten to the point where I get anxious when I see a shadow.

How anyone every had any similar thoughts?

I dont see shadows , but what i do see is patterns and shapes... its is ridiculous but at the same time its damn annoying when you cant stop obsessing over it.

  3. I haven't had that but I tend to be able to form faces or shapes of animals in my mind from stupid things like a scrunched up bin bag ends up looking like the face of a bear!! Sort of like what kids do when they are little and make shapes from things in their room at night! Think I have a way over active imagination, we probably all do!
