  1. For the past two years I have been unable to work as my ocd had worsened to the point where I was housebound. Consequently I claimed ESA and thankfully feel I am getting slightly better, as not having to worry about money enabld me to tackle the ocd (I've done this on my own largely as no CBT was available outside of the home and therefore I undertook an online CBT course). My ESA is due for re-assessment at the end of November. Do you have any advice on how to handle this? I am just beginning to get out of the house and need more time to recover

  2. Hi Sweeteater,

If you contact the OCD Action helpline - the phone number and email is on the top right of this page - they may be able to give you the information you need.
