Jude, our Advocacy Advisor, also has moderator staus and the word "Moderator" appears under her name. Joel and Caps are forum Keymasters (keymasters are also known as Administrators on some forums and it was the term used on our old forum)and can control all aspects of the forum. The word "Keymaster" appears under our names. Sysop also has keymaster status because he is our software supplier/expert and it is necessary for him to be able to access all areas.</p> <p>Moderators can edit and delete posts, give warnings and ban users. Our moderators are also trained in similar techniques to our helpline staff and can often offer advice, information and sources of help to forum members. This is done confidentially and not in public on the forum.</p> <p>Keymasters can and do carry out all moderator roles and have access to all forum data and can control all aspects of the forum. Sysop only deals with technical aspects. Nobody, including the keymasters can access any members password.
