The only side effect I really had when I started was feeling sick. I only had side efects because I went straight on to 20mg per day. The most likely side effect you will get is feeling tired and a dry mouth. Try not to read everything as it tends to always make us feel worse. It's great your work provides counselling and I hope you will benefit from it.
