I Chucked It… (Still an ocd man but with some recovery)

I chucked it
it felt good
My mind was overloaded
wasn’t what i should
or shouldn’t do.
It was release
sod the consequence

That’s living,i think
becoming pretty sure
that it’s about instinct
NOT like before.

Counting and checking here,
recapping,replaying,recounting there
It can be a lonely life
if i don’t trust and share

So i chucked it and it spilled
And i was strangely fulfilled

You put it so well. “Pretty sure” is good enough for anyone, and letting it be good enough is the way to enjoy your life.
