OCD affects everybody differently. What might be a molehill for one person can be a mountain for another. But for everybody, getting better is about challenging yourself and winning small precious achievements against the OCD bully.

So what have you been able to do today? . . . Have you been able to get out for the first time in ages or managed to do your CBT task or cut down on a ritual?

    I've finally got to the point where I can various public gym equipment,  without the need for soap or antibacterials.

    I have become very social, made lots of new friends and go out a lot more than I used to. I am also learning Spanish and am rapidly improving and on my way to fluency!!! A year ago I never would have thought that this could be possible.

    Today i improved on my time spent in the bathroom and getting ready and have been out the house earlier and seen abit more of the world!
