Our meetings will run on the first Monday of every month (7.15-9.00 pm) as of February 6th 2012.

The group is open to all citizens of Hull and the surrounding area. We have an age restriction of 16 years, however under 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a very informal support group – Gemma facilitates is rather than leads it.

Don’t suffer from OCD alone!

The hotel’s lounge bar is very quiet during the mornings – and the toilets are immaculate!

Please see the weblink for Gemma’s interview (above) where she talks about having had undiagnosed OCD at university. OCD is often triggered by stressful events, e.g. moving away from home, communal living at university. Self-medicating with alcohol can also be viewed as a type of compulsive behaviour.
