OCD Week of Action - 15th-19th February

It's back again, OCD Week of Action was a huge success last year, with so many of you getting involved and creating action plans to help fight OCD!

This year we want you to push yourselves even harder, and do even more to take action!

On Monday the 15th February, our take action site will be re-launched, with new ways that you can get involved. You can also download our Week of Action poster now to let people know about the week. And why not join us on Monday 15th February and change your Facebook and Twitter banners to help spread the word?

Last year we had a number of Twitter chats for you to get involved with, and we had so many useful questions and answers coming in, that we decided to have more chats this year! Join us on Twitter (@ocdaction) every night next week for the chance to have your questions answered by the experts. Use the hashtag #OCDwoa to keep up with all the questions and answers!

As well as all of this, one of our regular community fundraisers, Jack Pridmore, is coinciding his latest fundraising event with Week of Action! Jack's event, titled 'I Did my Mile' will be taking place all week, and everyone can get involved! Jack wants everyone to do their own mile (whether it be running swimming, dancing etc), and then donate to OCD Action, and nominate other people to also do a mile!
